レモンカード（レモンバター）には卵とバターを使います。
アレルギーなどの理由で食べられない方に楽しんで頂ける「レモンクリーム（LEMON CREAM)」はふんわりと柔らかな食感のレモンカードのヴィーガンタイプです。
開発当初、商品化されたヴィーガンタイプはありませんでした。
何度も試作を重ね、納得の味が出来るまで材料選びから時間をかけて開発しました。

Lemon curd is made with eggs and butter.
LEMON CREAM” is a vegan type of lemon curd with a soft and fluffy texture that can be enjoyed by those who cannot eat lemon curd due to allergies or other reasons.
When it was first developed, there was no commercially available vegan version.
After many prototypes, we spent a lot of time selecting ingredients and developing the product until we were satisfied with the taste.

このレモンクリームは、厳選された材料を使って手作りされています。農薬や化学添加物は一切使用せず、自然の恵みだけを詰め込んだ安心の一品です。そのまま食べても美味しいですが、お好みに合わせて料理にアレンジするのもおすすめです。
This Lemon Cream is handcrafted from carefully selected ingredients. No pesticides or chemical additives are used, and only the bounty of nature is packed into this safe product. It is delicious on its own, but we also recommend using it in dishes to suit your taste.
